INGREDIENTS: figs, sugar ( I used organic Coconut sugar), freshly squeezed orange juice, balsamic vinegar and chopped walnuts

PROCEDURE: 1.Place chopped fig ( stems removed), sugar and balsamic vinegar in a saucepan and simmer. 2.Reduce heat, stir in orange juice and simmer some more until thick. 3.Add the chopped walnuts, last.
