Basil Pesto

Ingredients: fresh Basil leaves, garlic cloves ( peeled), pine nuts, Romano cheese (grated), E V Olive Oil salt & pepper

1. In a food processor, place pine nuts and peeled garlic, and pulse for a few seconds.

2. Add the basil leaves, salt and pepper to taste.

3. Pour the Olive oil slowly while the food processor is running . 4. Add the cheese last and puree for at least one minute.
